Soul of the Organization Workshop with Leilani

Everything in our world holds an energetic signature, and our organizations are no different. As a spiritual channel, I have supported multiple CEO’s, business owners, and leadership teams with connecting to the soul of their organizations in order to create more meaningful impact. This workshop answers the following questions:

• What is the soul of the organization, and why connect with it?
• How do we uncouple our sense of self from the identity of our organizations, and why is it important to do so?
• How do we connect with the soul of the organization and create systems to regularly co-create with it going forward?
